My Therapeutic Approach
Therapy at The Healing Office is grounded in collaboration, trust, and care. I take a trauma-informed, relational approach—creating a space where you feel supported to explore, process, and grow at your own pace. Whether we’re working through trauma, learning new skills, or reconnecting with yourself, the focus is always on what feels most useful and meaningful to you.

My work integrates the following approaches and trainings:

-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Helps shift unhelpful thoughts and behavior patterns; trained through graduate-level education.
-
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Focuses on emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal skills; foundational training completed in 2021
-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Supports emotional flexibility and values-based living; foundational training completed in 2024
-
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): A structured method for processing trauma and reducing emotional overwhelm; foundational training completed in 2022
-
Attachment-Focused EMDR: Addresses early relationship wounds and attachment disruptions; advanced training completed in early 2025.
-
R-TEP & G-TEP EMDR Protocols: EMDR-based tools for recent trauma and group-based trauma responses; completed in 2023
-
Ongoing advanced training in trauma, relational therapy, and somatic tools

These approaches aren’t one-size-fits-all. I adapt our work based on your needs—balancing structure and flexibility, insight and action. The goal is to help you feel more resourced, more grounded, and more connected to yourself.
